The ATM Coordinator is directly responsible for all INB ATMs and the functions associated with these ATMs.  The Coordinator must insure optimum ATM availability, coordinate all ATM maintenance and service, and maintain appropriate cash levels.  Further, the ATM Coordinator must insure that the INB ATM program performs in a satisfactory manner within the parameters of all applicable compliance requirements; Federal, State, and local laws; as well as all INB policies and procedures.


The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

1. Provide branch personnel with day-to-day support for ATM servicing issues
2. Maintain and reconcile ATM GL balancing and research outages
3. Monitor various reporting and systems for ATM availability and diagnostics
4. Address issues with various ATM vendors and coordinate onsite/offsite visits as deemed necessary
5. Place service cases with ATM vendors and maintain records of cases
6. Keep record and control of ATM consumables
7. Assist management in all aspects of local ATM operations by providing support to assigned branch ATM personnel
8. Perform ATM vault audits and ATM systems audits 
9. Place weekly orders to replenish cash in all ATMs
10. Assure that appropriate cash levels are maintained in order  to meet customer needs while minimizing unnecessary risk
11. Work with the bank’s security officer to insure that proper ATM security is maintained at all times.
12. Assist in implementation of new ATM systems and projects
13. Keep abreast of all ATM related regulatory compliance requirements and insure that all machines display the appropriate regulatory notices.
14. Review and report ATM profitability
15. Review invoices
16. Stay informed of new system software/hardware upgrades, technology, and industry trends
17. Provide branch personnel with day-to-day support for bank equipment (VAT lanes, vault, night drop) servicing issues


These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the position in a satisfactory manner. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.

1. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
2. Two or more years of work related experience with ATMs and cash balancing
3. Ability to multi-task and adjust  the work schedule based on changing priorities
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with strong skills in Word and Excel
7. Good basic mathematics skills and an understanding of accounting principles to be able to understand reconciliations and cash balancing.
