Performs all services related to ATM/Debit cards, which includes ordering new cards, maintenance on cards, processing customer disputes, by extending professional and efficient services to both customers and co-workers.


The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

1. Processes new debit card applications for customers in timely manner.
2. Performs required maintenance for cards including but not limited to canceling card, updating name, address, account numbers, phone numbers.
3. Promptly completes weekly and monthly card maintenance reports.
4. Assist with Instant Issue administrator role.
5. Effectively respond to co-workers request to resolved customer issues.
6. File process disputes with Fiserv for MasterCard, processing provisional credit to customer’s account and mailing letter to inform cardholder.
7. Respond effectively to request requiring immediate attention.
8. Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
